Coach Eilish

This is my 4 year journey. No fad diets, no magical supplements, no quick fixes. Just consistency over time, hard work and a bullet proof mentality that I could succeed.

I was sick of it.

I was sick of working my ass off in the gym 6-7 days a week and not getting anywhere with my physique goals, I was sick of being confused as f**k around nutrition and trying literally EVERY SINGLE DIET IMAGINABLE for nothing to ever work. I had the drive, determination and consistency but I had no idea how to make the pieces of the puzzle work.

I knew the system I was operating was broken but I had no idea how or where to start. I felt helpless.

There is so much more to these photos than the physical transformation, I have grown as a person in so many ways and my failures and mistakes and successes on this journey have resulted in the person I am today!

The journey never ends, there is no final form, only constant evolution!

So this is my message to you. If you are feeling right now how I felt 4 years ago: helpless, like nothing could ever work at this point, like it's too late, food focused and anxious - If I can do it, I promise you can too!

I worked with Eilish from the end of May 2021 to just before Christmas 2021. As someone with a high volume of training I found it extremely difficult to lose weight without losing energy for my sport. Eilish and Ryan worked methodically to workout a system that was tailored to my needs. We started on a mild deficit and when that stalled took small breaks and re adjusted. The science was explained to me carefully at each step and Eilish was especially good at reassuring me when I lost my patience and became skeptical! It’s not weight watchers with cute points for extra exercise. Eilish takes you on a journey of learning how to manage things for yourself using formulas and reasoning. I thoroughly recommend this programme to everyone. I especially like the accountability and the habit creation - ticking off small wins each day. It’s not a cookie cutter programme and provided you commit to it, it will work.

Ryan and Eilish are a amazing team to be apart of help achieve goals. I started with them to get my running to the next level. With there advice in training and nutrition to help accomplish my goals. I took on the 16 week program, Ryan developed a training program and advised me on Macros and showed me how to track it all. Losing weight wasn’t my goal, my goal was to get faster and fitter. Results for this happened quite fast to. 5km start 20.09mins now 18:08mins 10km start 43.34mins now 38:03 21km start 1:38.49 now to 1:29.17 I was amazed in that sort of improvement since before starting the programme I wasn’t make much improvement. To cut off minutes is impressive to do in a year yet alone doing it in 16weeks. So recommend Ryan and Eilish to everyone especially since I was allowed to eat whatever I wanted so that was the fun part.

Working with Alexander The Great Coaching not only educates you to eat well, train hard and see great results but also sets you up for long term success with achieving the goals you seek. The coaches are real people with a no BS approach to training, food intake that works with real peoples lifestyles. You have to put in the work, but you definitely get the results!!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

If you are wanting to see results and feel better about your overall health and wellbeing I can genuinely recommend a journey with either Coach Ryan or Coach Eilish to help you accomplish your goals. The changes that I have witnessed myself is proof that this programme works and I am only beginning my journey. In 12 weeks I have lost over 5kg and have a better understanding of how to keep this weight off. I recently took part in the 12 week programme with Eilish. My main goal was to learn how to support my body to gain and maintain strength. Eilish coached me in my goals and was very supportive every step of the way. I learnt through food tracking that I was way under consuming and particularly with proteins, Eilish gave great feedback and support as well as sharing her knowledge to educate me on the importance of proteins etc. I gradually built strength and have learnt the key steps to maintain this fping forward! Highly recommend

The best thing I like about Ryan coaching me is how patient and understanding he is. He listens to what I’m saying and adapts my training to suit where I am at in life. I have smashed my goals with him and now only 3 months away from achieving a lifetime goal. Fully recommend anyone going through menopause being coached by Ryan.

I have been working with Coach Eilish for 8 weeks now and I’ve absolutely loved it! It’s great having someone who is accountable for you compared to a personal trainer who you see once and then never again! Very professional and knowledgeable, great technology to help you achieve your personal goals with a tailored plan just for you! Fortnightly check in calls are provided and weekly message check ins as well. I’ve never felt better and super stoked to be working with ATGC! I had reached the point where I was ready to commit to losing weight. I signed up with AGTC and began my journey. I love food, and with AGTC I could still eat everything I loved. Ryan worked out my nutrition and excercise plan. I have learnt that I don't need to eat as much as my eyes tell me, my body doesn't need the extra food. Yesterday I hit my goal weight!!! I've lost 10kg!!! I now fit a smaller size, which is a fantastic feeling! I have a better relationship with food and am more aware of how much food my body needs. AGTC you guys rock!

At the start of my 12 week cut, I was very self conscious. I would wear oversized hoodies to try hide my insecurities, and I wasn't happy with my body. At the end of my cut, I have lost 6.5kg and am feeling really good and my confidence is coming back. With the help of coach Ryan, I was able to build great eating habits and learnt a lot about nutrients in food and how to break negative eating habits that I had before. He also checked up on me and discussed what was working and what wasn't and modified it to make targets more achievable, which helped keep me on track. The 12 week program that Ryan and Eilish have created is an awesome program, backed with heaps of knowledge. They offer continuous support and genuinely care for your success and wellbeing. couldn't reccoment more!
